Waiting for Ophelia

A day of disrupted plans, torrential rain, increasing winds ... and it's only 11:00 am. This astilbe is still valiantly trying to flower. Given how mild it is it might yet manage, if it's not uprooted when Ophelia arrives later today and overnight. It's stretching it a bit for the Mono Monday challenge of 'movement' but there's a sense I think of the rain hitting the pavers at the back door. That's my story anyway. Thanks to JDO for hosting.
