Rust in the rain

I'm a sucker for rust, and this part of a boat trailer stood out for me today.  I thought I'd be walking in the rain, and as I drove to Drummond to park after picking up a newspaper, it started to really pour.  I'd no sooner parked than the rain stopped.  Not a single drop during my walk.
There were two boat trailers with boats on them parked beside me.  Maybe it was too wet for the owners to take them out.  Fair weather boaters?
