Rain, rain go away

With typhoon Lan forecast to reach Japan  on Sunday, today has been understandably wet.

It’s parliamentary election day tomorrow and some areas of Japan, including where I live,  have brought voting forward to today. Sandbags are out in some parts of the city.

I bought loads of veggies at the local market and I’ve ordered a slow cooker which should be delivered in the morning. So at least I won’t starve! I have my priorities

Hope friends and family in the UK avoid Storm Brian. I always thought storms were named after women?
