"La Patrulla Águila is an acrobatic flying group of the Spanish Air Force. Created in 1985 with headquarters in the municipality of San Javier in the Region of Murcia, fly with seven Spanish C-101 CASA aircraft. It has a high preparation in the world, emphasizing in maneuvers like inverted looping and the landing in formation, being this patrol the first one that has managed to realize it. It is one of the few acrobatic teams that uses yellow smoke in its aerial exhibitions, for the realization of the flag of Spain." (Google translate as I'm feeling lazy :-) )


So they flew over Alicante Volvo Ocean Race site. We spent our day at the port of Alicante enjoying the VOR. The race started at 14:00. You can see some more pictures in my insta account.
