Working up a sweat.

As you can tell, I went to the gym this morning. The weather was horrible, and I had no idea what I was going to blip today. Just as I was about to leave, I thought, why not ask Des, as I know a few of you would like to see what he looks like. He didn't need asking twice, so I went to my locker. got my camera, and  this is the result.  I showed him the photos, and he said, I should have had my Swansea City top on, and then, look how white my hair is. As you can tell, he isn't vain in the slightest:-) I think he looks good for a man of 74, but don't tell him I told you!
