An Autumn Wedding

Today was the wedding of my Cousin Christopher and his wife Jo.  This took place in Warwickshire where the effects of ‘Storm Brian’ could be felt.  The photographer gave up trying to take photos outside the church fairly quickly as the wind was so strong. The remainder were taken inside the church.  The planning was excellent in that refreshments (of the Prosecco variety) were on offer in the church along with some cheese straws and some beautifully made little cakes, which kept us all fed until the main meal much later.
I particularly loved the muted colour scheme chosen, and the dried flower bouquets and the button holes for the men were so pretty, I thought I would focus on these in my blip.
It was a beautiful service, the vicar was great, she obviously knew Chris and Jo well and so made the service more personal which was also helped along by her great sense of humour.
It was a fab day, wonderful to see Chris and Jo so happy together and a great opportunity to catch up with family members, many of which live in various parts of the UK, so a rare chance to get everyone together.
