Adventure for today

Well there I was coming back from the hospital physio, when by the Law Courts I saw an ITV sat truck.  Being naturally nosy I hopped off the bus to find out what was going on, and sure enough there were 3 big cameras set up and 3 blokes sitting in the sunshine on a low wall, waiting.  (They spend a lot of time doing that, though are lucky if it's as blue and warm as it was this morning). 

Why were they there?  Turns out that Mrs Cilliers was giving her evidence in the current high-profile parachute-tampering case (Army fitness instructor allegedly tampers with wife's parachute + emergency chute, she only survives because she lands in a ploughed field).

In fact I discovered these guys were BBC - not ITV, who were standing somewhere else.  But they were very willing to crack jokes and have their pictures taken, so this is my blip for today.

Seeing the old man this afternoon and otherwise taking it easy.
