Magpie

A bit of a nondescript day except somebody (me) put the wrong stuff in the dishwasher after loading it after lunch. I then spent rather a long time sorting it out!
 
Cold and damp outside and it looked as though we had a ground frost in the night, but on inspection it was not. Clearly the weather is not good enough to go out and prune the other Forsythia.
 
Today’s picture, taken through the kitchen window is of a magpie, not my favourite bird but it is beautiful clothes in black and white. I also took a picture of a little bird taking a bath in the birdbath, but it was too far away to be of any use.
