First frost

You can just make out our first frost of the season on the grass at the bottom of our yard, but after that we enjoyed a full day of sunshine. I managed to get myself out for a swim late morning. When I first got in the pool I practically had it to myself, but I was soon joined by others, but at least I kept the lane to myself. It’s so much easier going in the summer though when all the clothes you have to take off are shorts or capris a t-shirt and sandals! I wasn’t able to get a great deal done this afternoon, as I had to start fixing dinner really early as we have to be at church for bells at 6.15., followed by choir at 7.30.
