Gin Bling

A window display in Bluewater today. What has a gin palace to do with swans? A bit of research in- forms me that Palmers Brewery has distilled a new Seven Swans Gin, Sipsmith Gin Distillers produce a Cygnet, and there is a gin cocktail called Summer's Swan Song.

I had my retail shopping fix today. As it was a raining hard we decided to go to Bluewater. We had our coffee and cake in john Lewis , bought most of what we needed , then a lovely late lunch with wine in Carluccio's. I succumbed to the early Christmas displays and bought some glass baubles for the tree.

All in all a very satisfactory day.
