Bohemian Rhapsody

A lunchtime trip today in Spitty to the Westerham Brewery.

The street food cooks today werem ' Moules and Bread,' and apart from mussels they serve sea food and salad dishes with skinny fries and artisan bread. All delicious washed down with a glass of wine or a beer from the brewery.

It was mild enough to eat outdoors but in spite of being appropriately dressed for the cold weather we decided to sit indoors by the Squerrys Vineyard sparkling wine display. See extra.

The Bohemian Rhapsody that is brewed at westerham is a Czech style Pilsner made with Czech grown Saaz hops and English lager malt. Fermented with a lager yeast and cold conditioned for four weeks. It describes itself as a Queen among beers. Nothing to do with Freddie Mercury then.
