Bus Route 36

We did another of our 'bus route walks' today. For those of you who don't know............. our 'bus route walks' involve us getting on a bus, going to the terminus and then walking all the way home via the most interesting little collie dog route we can find.

Today we jumped on bus no 36 and went to 'Ocean Terminal'. We've already done a walk home from 'Ocean Terminal' because the Number 11 bus also goes there. The last time we went to 'Ocean Terminal' we walked home, on mainly cycle path trails. Today we had to find a different route because that is the rules. Ann just makes up the rules as she goes along. Lol. Sooooo, we walked along the cycle path for a little bit, then we went into Victoria Park and then we walked along by the Waters of Leith. I like the Waters of Leith. I get to do splish, splash, sploshing! Bit of trekking around through town and then I got to have a play in the 'Meadows', which for any of you non Edinburgh people is a HUGE grassy area.

Our walk home from 'Ocean Terminal' today was about five and a half miles. When we walked home via the cycle routes it was about six and a half.

Anyway it's been a beautiful day in sunny Edinburgh today. Very cold now though.

Hope you're all having a lovely Sunday evening. xxx
