Ole Yellow Eyes is Back

We had another visit from a Sparrowhawk today - a successful visit from the bird's point of view. He ate his meal on the lawn, just out of clear sight, so we couldn't see what it was. Afterwards, he adjourned to the top of the hedge for a few minutes so I was able to get a photo or two. I went out later and was relieved to see that the remains on the lawn were feathers, rather than fur.
