Oooft!

Another 9 to 5 day at work.

Then a few hours at home, followed by a 45 minute drive to Dundee to watch The Boy play ice hockey at 11pm. It was a local derby against St Andrews University - often their main rival for the league.

A nailbiting game which they lost right at the end (1am exactly).

The crowd numbered precisely 10. Most of the players are foreign students, so no daft mums/dads to come along. WAGS have better things to do at 11pm on a Tuesday (bed).

I knew 6 of the other spectators! The families of team mates from Kirkcaldy and Aviemore.

The drive home was interesting - no traffic but 0⁰c. All went well.
