Incredible India

Such fun! This weekend's Mela celebrated 60 years of India-Japan diplomatic relations. It was a weekend of all things Indian - dancing, music, clothes and accessories,yoga, mehendi and fantastic food...I can recommend the tandoori chicken ;) The guest of honour was Vikas Swarup, an Indian Diplomat based in Osaka. You may know him better as the author of 'Slumdog Millionaire.'

Another plus was its outdoor location which meant that my furry friend enjoyed it almost as much as I did.
