face to face

Some days, like today,things seem to go ok. Nothing spectacular happens, but life just feels right. 
On the face of it, this was just an ordinary day - the weather was unremarkable, I went to work, did some shopping, cooked the tea and spent the evening at home with D and Luke. I guess I could also say that I wasn't ill, hungry or scared - the luxury of an unremarkable day. 
Whatever it was, I just felt like smiling. I felt happy being  me. So here is a rare selfie from a day when I looked in the mirror and liked the person I saw there.
