I did a lot of moving today, as in taking balletone and stretch class and then going to pilates class! I knew I could do it, the stretching in the middle was great and I love doing pilates again. It really works the whole body and uses resistance. Definite strength training that I have been missing out on! I have done pilates before but not for a long time. It is lovely to remember some of the exercises and learn some new ones. You can learn about the origins of pilates here. I joined Club Pilates -Braden River and have challenged myself to start with 2 classes a week. It's different in that the room is filled with pilates reformers that look like the ones pictured here.
Besides that kind of moving, I also had the hankering to move my camera a little while taking this photograph tonight and that is why it looks like it does. Personally, I really like it! A different sunset every night on the Braden River :O)
