Laying again

Our 2 younger hens (we have 4 in total) have been moulting therefore not laying for some time. Today we found 2 eggs in the hen house this morning and another later in the day. Had to poach them. Can’t beat very very fresh eggs. Yum.

Busy day clearing Mr PBs Mums flat, charity shop run, tip run and home to dog walking, dinner, and ironing. Not quite the cultural cosmopolitan day like yesterday
