Hare Today...

First proper day of the holiday and Looked like it might be rained off. but the forecast for the Borders had a certain amount of clearing up in the afternoon. And fortunately we paid attention.

Quick pop past the interesting Dunglass Collegiate Church, near Dunbar, set up in the 17th century pretty much for the exclusive benefit of one family (seriously, these collegiate churches were basically ways for rich families to pay their way to heaven), before a walk from Abbey St Bathans to the Eden's Hall Broch (in the extras, and an anomaly given most of these are much further north). The loop round bringing us on the hares in the main shot).

Genuinely sad to hear about Jana Novotna today. From a time when tennis was still reasonably interesting, and she always seemed like a genuinely nice person.
