Tools for the task

Nothing much blip-worthy done today - so as it is my turn to make dinner I have photographed one of our kitchen knives.

I am a great believer in using the best available tools for a task as that usually increases the chances of getting something right.   I'm not claiming to be much of a cook, but these knives were definitely worth spending the money on.  Even I can get the ingredients cut up to consistent sizes with them :-)

Choir & camera club later so I'd best get started :-)
