Berners Folly

We drove to Oxfordshire today to see my friend Katherine.  Had a really lovely day with her and her daughter and their friend Chris - we met up in Faringdon and had lunch at a café there, then walked up to the folly.  The afternoon light was gorgeous, and it was a beautiful spot.  There is so much of interest there - all sorts of sculptures and quirky things to spot in and around the trees - a lovely place to explore and have a wander.

We popped back to Katherine's for an hour or so afterwards, then drove back to London.  A lovely day :)
