Freezing Over

 A very cold evening by the canal, ice was forming on the surface. I was scurrying along, trying to remember in which little street I'd left the car.

Luckily I found it before hypothermia set in. 

Back in the Borders now and M has come for a few days. She was stuck in snow near Corbridge for a couple of hours, but seems none the worse.
