Tiny Tuesday - In the Fungal Jungle

A walk in the woods today to clear the lungs. For some reason my asthma is flaring up and all I can assume is that it was the pollution in Cardiff yesterday. Normally I have it totally under control but today I'm lethargic, panting and accompanied by an irritating cough. And Janet, who's full of energy (see extra). Perhaps it's the seasonal spores... But tomorrow I will be better. :-)
