An ordinary life....

A bird on the head...

Backblip

Agnes and Adrian headed off after breakfast as they wanted to get home to paint their hallway as their new hall and stair carpet is being fitted on Wednesday.

After lunch we took Lola to Vet Creche in Glasgow to have a single parvovirus vaccination, as a titre test showed she had no immunity despite having it as part of her puppy jag at 12 week old.   While we were in the waiting room, a man arrived to collect his dog.  He was chatting to Lola and patting her and said she would get a surprise when she saw the size of his dog.  He wasn't joking!  The  door opened and in came his 14 month old Black Russian Terrier.  OMG!  He was enormous!  And absolutely gorgeous :-)

Lola was wary at first but soon realised he was a gentle giant and went forward to say hello.  Sadly we were called so had to say a quick cheerio but oh my, he was stunning.

Lola got her jag without any fuss (she was too busy nibbling a treat to notice the injection) and we were soon on our way home again.  Can't drive past Arria and not blip her.

Spent the evening going through my Christmas list and ordering more gifts.  I can see light at the end of the tunnel  :-)
