The Life Of Ponty Cyclops

Fancy A Cuppa?

Another "smash and grab photo".

I've been busy all day again! We picked up a new client last week, who's files are now sorted and alphabetised and put in date order. Now I have to enter them all into Sage. It's going to take a few days at least. On top of this, Dawn went to another new client meeting this morning, and she came back with him all signed up and another box of records to sort through. It's all good fun.

We popped out looking at few houses that we had seen come up on Rightmove, one looks a possible, the others were non starters. The one we saw today has garden potential, but will it be big enough, we may have to make a big decision tomorrow between two houses. Time is ticking on, and I don't really want to be moving Christmas week. It's all a bit scary!

On the garden front. We have a black billed Blackbird around at the moment. This is probably the young one I saw feeding on strawberries a while back, or it could be a Scandinavian import! There are loads of thrushes flooding into the country at the moment, and if the weather is good tomorrow, I might get to have a wander around a nature reserve for the first time in ages!

The Great Tits are foraging everywhere for spiders and bugs, and in and out of every nook and cranny at the moment. If the weather wasn't so darn gloomy it would make for some much nicer photos other than these high ISO soft ones I have to take. No point putting the 500mm lens on in this weather, I wouldn't get the shutter speeds!

Off to the pub now! Who knows what tomorrow brings ....
