Tiny Tuesday: Seasonal Ice Crystals

Tiny Tuesday challenges this month (kindly hosted by dbifulco) are to involve something seasonal.

Well we're definitely having seasonal weather in the UK at the moment! I really wanted to get a photo of a snowflake but by this morning yesterday's flakes had all turned to ice crystals. Never mind, they're still pretty. These ones are lying on a little pyracantha leaf about 1cm across; they're just beginning to melt a little as you can see.
