TinyTuesday134 Seasonal II

 This month's theme throughout, is Seasonal, kindly hosted by Dbifulco.  Of course for us here in the UK the season is winter, although after the drama of the week before last's snow, it hasn't been especially wintry.  Never mind, seasonal can equally apply to the festive season, so I'm taking the opportunity to post more of the ornaments from my favourite of our Christmas trees plus a shot of a miniature scene in a lantern that I made this year.  Apologies to those who aren't collage fans, but it had to be done!
Apologies also for my dreadful lack of commenting but I really have been very busy, as usual at this time of year:  we seem to have an awful lot of birthday celebrations from October onwards in our family and today was one of them when The Son celebrated his.  After a morning of Christmas present wrapping, we went shopping this afternoon for his birthday gift and this evening he is out at the pub with Mr MC.
Tomorrow should see the end of the present shopping, then it's back to the grindstone with work of the paid variety for a few more days,  so that everything is set up for  the weeks that we are away in January.
