Isle of Wight

Started the day with another Parkrun - this time with some friends from work. We've been aiming for this for several months. The course was very, very muddy and my time was really slow. But, we all made it round in one piece!

Back for a quick shower, packing and then off to the Isle of Wight. I've never been before but husband had lots of family holidays there in the 70s. Managed to sneak on an earlier ferry and had a sunny afternoon by the sea exploring before we picked up the flat in Ventnor.

Looking forward to a couple of day's escape.
