I wasn't kidding!

Here's a photo I took of golden sunshine reflecting on the water, layered with a photo Steve took of me on the boat, to create a fun double exposure. :o) 
I wasn't kidding, I am fascinated with photographing water!
 
Today we went out in the Scout, our newer boat for the first time in a while... winter means lower tides and fewer boat trips. We did pretty well going upriver, there was only one section near us where the Garmin depth finder said it was just 1.5 ft! The engine had to be tilted till we got past this shallow section. Most places today it reported anywhere between 3 and 12 feet. The Braden River is a tidal river and this time of year the tides are wonky!
