Beast

One day in and an emergency shelfie already.

This is something to do with forgetting to put the memory card back in the camera again. And having a camera that continues to allow you to take photos despite the fact that the image isn't being saved anywhere such that you don't notice that you haven't got a card in. Although given all we did was go to Shipley, where pretty much everything was shut apart from Costa, the new Works shop and Asda, you haven't missed much.

So I sampled my last piece of Costa's vegan Christmas cake for the season and had a soya hot chocolate while the kids had other variants of hot chocolate and cake. And we got new towels.

We have a more ambitious excursion planned for tomorrow.

And I'll leave you to ponder how I became emotionally and aesthetically reconciled to The Beast Must Die  remaining where it is.
