Mushroom.

Today was one of our monthly garden centre visits.  We didn't need anything it was more an excuse for a run out and coffee.  It was just as well there was hardly any outdoor plants, much sparser than we have ever seen.  It turned out they are having a refurb as many of the plant stands have rotten bottom boards.

We had a good wander round and a long chat with Kanyl over the coffee.  As we headed back out into the car park there is a green grocer, who must be a franchise.  We always have a look in and in the past have bought some of their cheap mushrooms.

We bought a box to make mushroom soup out of.  1.6 Kg of mushrooms for £2.50.  Ok they are large open mushroom but cut up in soup it doesn't matter in the slightest.
