Formula One Installation

Spending a day and night away at Brooklands Hotel on the old Brooklands racetrack - the first in Britain built in 1907. There is very little left of it.

Visited the Mercedes Benz Museum/exhibition space/Dealership and saw a very attractive pinky red 4x4 priced at £142,000. A bit expensive for risking the daily scratches on the bushes in our lane.

My blip is an art installation - View Suspended II - by Dutch artist Paul Veroude. A very impressive deconstruction of a racing car. My extra is the display board telling you all about it.

Looking forward to some relaxation now in the outdoor hot tub, if I can brave the outside temperature, and later a meal in the hotel restaurant.
