Poetry on the fridge

S and I went back to Auckland today, having some things to do that needed us to be there. A slightly slow start to the day, slow traffic although fortunately most were heading north as we went south in the morning, and conversely in the afternoon. Lacking motivation to get out with the camera after my return, I was faced with fading light as the sun had set (behind dense cloud) and no photograph.

A few weeks back, I had experimented with photographing my attempt to be a magnet(ic) poet. S suggested that I should keep it in reserve as an idea for a blip. Today is that day that was at that time in the future.

Written in two halves with a lull between, it seemed (and still does) to form a coherent whole.
