National* Cake Day

Today has been designated 'National Cake Day'.  By me.  I mean it's 13th January for goodness sake, surely we've all finished with the New Year diet by now?  Don't want to take things to extremes.

And even if you are still cutting back, stare at this as you will, the silly cake has NO calories (except for the person who ate it, who wasn't me!)
