Swanning around

Suddenly the swans all seem partnered up.  On my travels today I met this young male.  I'm guessing it will be his first breeding season.  He was very sweet, very unaggressive and happy to walk right up to the mums and toddlers with his young lady and wait to be fed.  Handsome boy.

When I walked through the Cathedral Close I saw the ice rink being dismantled.  A few spring flowers are coming out.  The flower stall in the market is selling tulips and daffs.  It definitely isn't Christmas any more.

But it is the end of the week.  How nice.  Have a great weekend  xx
