Causeway to Hunda

A short trip to Burray and the wee island to its west- Hunda.
There were masse sof birds on Echnaloch Bay and the adjacent loch- hundreds of geese and ducks mainly.

I walked along the road and was held up as a farmer herded sheep from one field to another with two friendly sheepdogs which I have met before. Off Hunda the main bird of interest were red-throated divers- about 29 of them.
