Romance at the AOG Stadium?

Your Intrepid Reporter was on the move this morning, tracking the various AOG teams as they practiced in anticipation of the upcoming games (see yesterday's Blip for all the AOG details).  Team Goldfinch has petitioned for a new event this year which has been approved after much discussion - the Molting Race.  At this point, it looks like a shoe-in for Team Goldfinch to take the Gold, Silver and Bronze simply because they are the only team that has qualified.  More to follow...

The big story today, however, was from Team House Finch where two of their odds-on favorites for the Seed Cracking event were seen exchanging a quick kiss.  Shock waves rippled through the stadium as Red was seen offering a sweet treat to Buffy just before stealing a kiss.  You all know how these Olympic romances can sometimes turn sour - let's hope that Team HF doesn't get distracted!

I've been hearing from some of the other Reporters around the Blip community and am looking forward to updates as we lead up to these historic  Alternative Olympic Games III.

And on a personal note, two of my besties are headed out to our place for dinner, dominoes, wine and birthday celebrations later today.  Yay!
