Mono Monday - "Rhymes with February"

Not a word that lends itself well to rhymes... most of the rhymes will be crimes, of almost rhyming... like temporary. Temporary February Traffic Lights! Not at all extraordinary, we've had chaotic stop-go traffic control in the village since this development began, and they're not due to complete any time soon. They're a contemporary, seemingly necessary, robotic constabulary preventing collision between the unwary... and that's probably the limit of my vocabulary.
