Torrential Rain

All day it has poured and poured and blown a gale!   all the snow has been washed away revealing sheer ice beneath!   Tried to go down to do physio but basically went sideways trying to get out of the parking area in front of the house!  so i abandoned that idea and have spent the day doing stuff indoors.   heavy mist outside, and finally it stopped raining so i headed out the back door for a change and found some interesting subjects!    Lichen on an old table, and in the extras the back side of the house with the woodshed .... and another one of Terry's many little sheds in the woods!

Terry did manage to get out just now and is heading down to Baddeck for pizza and beer to bring back for dinner....wooo hooo!!!
