Snowdrops At The Palace

Kate & Sophie stayed over last night so that Kate didn't have to face the long delays coming in to work this morning, caused by the road from Bridgwater being closed by roadworks at the moment.

After Mummy had gone to work, we took Sophie to the Bishop's Palace at Wells where they were running a half-term craft activity for children of all ages. Sophie had great fun making a tiger headdress (see extra) amongst other things, then we had a walk round the Palace gardens where the snowdrops were enhancing this view of the cathedral.

We had lunch at the Palace cafe, then headed back here for an afternoon of snap, building with Duplo and playing with the doll's house. We all had a lot of fun.
