Shortly thereafter he unearthed a store of sphagnum #2 sprog uses for Milo the Python. He scrounged, probable, enough for the pair of us to play with. Imagine a sheet of A5 paper folded in 2 along its length, 1/4" thick and "that's about the size of it".
With typical lack of foresight I set it under the tap, which drips about once every 2 mins.
Since I'm writing this on the19th, or 3 days later I can attest to the fact its still swelling.
