For the first time in I don't know how long, I woke without the need to unfold my skeleton - I can only guess that's down to a complete hammering by Monica yesterday.  More booked!

With an unusually wrong forecast of breezy with drizzle, I made the most of a beautiful day - on my bike first... I was planning just the one hill but, just mooching along, I felt like adding in the Cow & Calf home.  It was then an outing with Little Dog before an enjoyable session teaching.
