Clinical trial

Well, it wasn't perhaps a clinical trial, but this new XXL format bake-off-birthday-party was... well... trying*

It enabled us to establish, beyond any reasonable doubt, that you are not allergic to:
- excessive noise (up to 104 decibels at times) 
- vertigo induced by towering piles of dishes 
- amounts of sugar exceeding 125 times the recommended daily dose 
- birthday presents 
- racking up a bill just short of EUR100 in baking ingredients

* no, it wasn't. You and your mates, all eight of them, were a delight to have around. I didn't see the time pass between 2 PM and 7 PM. That cool beer at the end was welcome though. It helped to forget the tinnitus.
