The redbud

The redbud tree in the front yard is blooming but it is not looking as good as it has in other years.  We have had some dry hot weather here so I am suspecting it may pop out more when the rain we are having today and then again tomorrow is gone.  

Decided to play with some ICM today to get a photo of it just to change up my photo taking.  Or maybe I have looked at so many flower photos from Florida that I need to find some other subjects!
