Brave Celandine

Aren't flowers and birds marvellous in this weather? The celandine hasn't taken any notice and simply pushed up through the snow.

No more snowfall today. What snow there is has been pushed about by the wind.

The pump in the pond soldiers on. The ice shields have grown and the gap in the ice has shrunk but water continues to gush out.
