Mono Monday - Ugly

This big old three-trunked eucalyptus by the river is very ugly. His trunks are pitted with holes and peeling and oozing some kind of gluey fluid and he's very pale. Although his leaves and flowers look fine! But at ground level he looks very very ugly! :o)

It's been a very hot day of 36c and the same is coming up tomorrow. We haven't had a lot of hot days this summer so this was a bit of a shock to the system! Even at the river where it's usually cooler, it wasn't today!! It's 10.30pm as I write this and it's still 29c ugh!!

I'm weary and keep falling asleep, will catch up tomorrow xxxx
