Sea swimming

Managed to get out for a run early tis morning before it got too hot. Helped a bit but I'm still not used to running in temperatures in double figures. J slept in and we had a late breakfast. Spent the morning by the pool before J went for a swim in the sea. The wind has died down and the beach as a cordoned off swimming section. I sat on the rock as a life guard and read my book while she did a 45 minute swim. Headed out to do a bit of shopping in the late afternoon. J got some new Pandora charms. Went nd played crazy golf after dinner. There is another course to play there so we will go back tomorrow night.
