The "Perfect" Seen or Scene In Berlin

I wasn't looking up but sideways when I saw this symbol of our throw away society plus perfect for one very famous song about Berlin.( see link ) Mind you I very much doubt the singer would have discarded a case in such a manner .The red ring shows a wheel .Easily fixed but seemingly easier to discard  .Thanks to 'whoever?' for giving me a blip. It also  set me singing
