I'm late, I'm late for a very important date ....

This coot was certainly in a hurry as he propelled himself at breakneck speed across the loch.

The weather has been so much better today .... plenty of folk in town this morning .... some, like me, going to church, some going shopping but the largest group by far were waiting for the subway to open so that they could head out to Ibrox for the Rangers v Celtic football match.

No £1 bunches of daffodils in the supermarkets today just many large tied bunches of very expensive flowers still waiting to be bought .... perhaps I'll buy some at a vastly reduced price tomorrow!
