Tiny Tuesday: Up Close

Arachnophobic? Look away now. I had an idea for the 'Up Close' challenge for Tiny Tuesday from dbifulco which needed me to use one of my backdrops; a couple of A3 sheets of heavy duty paper, one white, one black, that I use behind some macro shots. I keep them in a large folder behind the settee, and when I lifted up the folder this little chap came up with it and demanded to have his photo taken. Quite an obliging model; after a bit of a run round he posed carefully for me and eventually let me carry him outside and deposit him on the garden bench. Difficult to get a very detailed shot as he was genuinely tiny; with legs fully outstretched I'd say he was less than an inch wide.
